I'm so disappointed.
However, I was very happy at the start with the saleswoman Stéphanie, I bought a good part of my Christmas presents.
Including a chocolate, which was not good with a date of 12/2023 (I know that the date is correct even if by going back all the other dates were 2024 & 2025).
I was received by a lady with long blond hair who did not want to make a commercial gesture by exchanging the chocolate for me. She replied: “The date is good and I’m not into chocolate!”
I find this not commercial at all.
Favoring small stores, I came to the Marquette store to do my Christmas shopping. There are lots of gift ideas there even if the size of the store is limited. Despite the crowds, at the checkout the salespeople were most efficient in avoiding too long a wait, while still keeping a smile. I will come back with pleasure for new purchases.
